Most Reverend Gregory Parkes
Bishop of St. Petersburg (FL)
Bishop Gregory Parkes was appointed the fifth bishop of the Diocese of St. Petersburg in 2016 and installed in January 2017. He previously served as bishop of Pensacola-Tallahassee, beginning in 2012, and was ordained a priest for the Diocese of Orlando in 1999. His ministry includes serving as parochial vicar, founding pastor of Corpus Christi Parish in Celebration, and later as Vicar General and Chancellor for Canonical Affairs in Orlando.

Bishop of Beaumont (TX)
Bishop David Toups was Ordained in 1997 for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, he served as parochial vicar, seminary dean, and at the USCCB before leading Christ the King Parish and then becoming rector of St. Vincent de Paul Seminary. In 2020, Pope Francis appointed him bishop of Beaumont, Texas. He holds degrees from the Gregorian and Angelicum in Rome.

Dr. Edward Sri is a theologian, speaker, and author known for his clear and compelling teachings on the Catholic faith. A founding leader of FOCUS, he currently serves as Senior VP of Apostolic Outreach. He’s the author of several best-selling books and hosts the podcast All Things Catholic. Dr. Sri leads annual pilgrimages to Rome and the Holy Land and teaches at the Augustine Institute. He and his wife Elizabeth live in Colorado with their eight children and one grandchild.

Sr. Bethany Madonna is a member of the Sisters of Life, having entered the community in 2007 after graduating from the University of Central Florida. She made her final vows in 2015 and now serves as local superior and mission coordinator in Phoenix. There, she ministers to pregnant women in need and shares the Gospel on the ASU Tempe campus. Her heart is on fire for life, love, and the dignity of every person.

Fr. Carlos Rojas was born in Boston and raised in Puerto Rico before moving to Tampa at age 15. Ordained in 2006 for the Diocese of St. Petersburg, he holds degrees in Philosophy, Theology, and Divinity. A certified spiritual and retreat director, he also holds a pontifical certificate in Marian Studies. Passionate about forming disciples through Mary, he currently serves as Pastor of St. Rita Catholic Church and Dean of the Pasco-Hernando Deanery.

Fr. Frankie Mulgrew is a priest of the Diocese of Salford in the UK and currently serves at Salford Cathedral. Before becoming a priest, he was a professional stand-up comedian. He launched the “Mercy Bus” during the Jubilee Year of Mercy in 2016 to bring prayer and the Sacrament of Reconciliation to the streets.
